Question:
I'm 5' 1 and 1/2" and about 114 lbs. I want to flatten my stomach, lose about 5 lbs, and tone up my legs because they look kinda bulky to me. Currently, I've been using the elliptical machine usually for about and hour and a half everyday for the past 5 days and also have been working on the ab machine that has weights. I do about 50 reps with it set at 40 lbs. My friend and I have also been doing leg lifts..where we put our arms on this thing and lift our legs perpendicular in the air. I don't really know how to lose weight on my legs. What should I do?
