Haha, ok the first thing you need to know is that you should bring something to read or an MP3, b/c it's like living hell waiting and waiting. Second thing, you should get darker colors, NEVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER get yellow, orange, or glitter! they make teeth look even more "colorful" which they shouldn't be cuz they should be white!! So i think you should get either darkerish blue & a darer green or black and a littish purple or even lite pink & black. Pink is ok lite or dark, it's just one of those things

A color? Do you mean the elastics/tiny rubber bands that the orthodontist places around your braces? If yes, I recommend silver, because it matches the metal well, and if you drink any dark drinks a lot, then they will not stain as the white ones do. If you are looking to go with a color, then go all the way and get whatever your favorite color is! I was never so bold.
PS Make sure to have your parent give you some medicine to help with the discomfort after wards. I was very sore for about three days and only ate super soft food. Brush after every mean, and the electric toothbrushes are the best for braces! I hope your smile turns out more beautiful than you ever thought possible!
I used to get blue, green and pink alot. But, when you get blue and green people tend to think you have gum stuck in your braces so be careful what you choose.
i would pick a color that you wear alot or just a color you like. i would pick orange or maybe white.
As unorthodox as this sounds, don't get any colors: It'll look shiny and won't look like you have something stuck in your braces all the time... Over all, choose what color that you want if you intend to get them colored.
first we'll start off with colors you shouldnt get- black, white, yellow, clear or light pink. why light pink? well, i personally have small teeth, and the pink looks like the same color as my gums so it appears i have no teeth in pictures.
my favorite is the neon green. it really doesnt matter what color youre going to get, considering youll be back there many, many, many times before you get them off for good.
and just a suggestion- stock up on yogurt and cottage cheese. your teeth will be pretty sore once you get them on.
Go for the silver ones. then get a couple tee shirts that say:
"Tin Grins Are In." and nobody will make fun of you if you are
showing a positive attitude about wearing them. Then when
the braces do come off. your self asteen will improve as well.

My favorite colors to get were purple, light blue, and pink. But get whatever you want! I suggest your favorite color. I don't suggest yellow because it makes your teeth look yellow.
