Well candy iz bad , but try to stay away from extra hard food...because it kinda lossens up your teeth

things such as hard candy,not brushing your teeth,coffee (it causes your teeth to turn yellow smoking does the same) things that are bad for your teeth are things that can damage your enamel which is the strongest substance in your body with that gone your teeth are vulnerable to anything it is okay to eat hard candy as long as you don't bite it.
