Teeth Whitening?

So I'm getting my teeth whitened this weekend. Is there anything bleeding in this procedure? I've never done this in the past. Anything negative something like it? I'm kinda nervous. Any advantageous advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Answers:    They will gross a mold of your teeth.
You will bite down on this puddy-like stuff to make the print. This isn't painful.
They will spawn the mouthpiece from the mold in a couple of days and you will shift back to the department to get your mouthpiece & gel for bleeching the teeth.
Some folks enjoy gum sensitivity, but I had no niggle at all.
It depends on what type of whitening you are have done. Mine did not hurt at all. Afterwards my teeth be a little sensitive, but for the most subdivision it was great! Just be sure you don't drink any pop, coffee, or red or purple juice, because there is a providence it can take away some of the unmarked whiteness.
