White Teeth?

There are different brands of whitening strips on the market. Crest strips work well, but you have to get past the **** and the taste, but they do work. They have them now where you only need to leave them on for 5 minutes. Aquafresh also has them but they are more like a tray and might be a little more comfortable. I used the Crest strips a few years ago and they worked really well and the results lasted very long, providing you don't drink alot of colas or coffee.
clorox bleach...
white out...
Try the Crest White Strips.
use ultra whitening tooth paste and whitening mouth wash
Good home remedy is baking soda. But the ingredients are similar to what is in toothpaste. I would advise you to get Crest Whitening Strips. Although they're freaking expensive.
Brush your teeth 2 times a day (in morning and at night), floss, and get Listerene to rinse your mouth out with everytime you brush your teeth. After a while, you'll notice a difference. Also, avoid smoking.
First of all here's a thing my dentist told me: Whitening Toothpastes and Whitening Gels NEVER work!
I don't know of any home remedy that cures yellowish teeth. Many people have told me drinking milk helps but I don't really rely on that.
Since the coloring of your teeth is genetics, it will always be like this unless you buy home whitening kits. Crest White Strips are excellent, I guarantee you they work. In about a week you can see the actual change in your mouth. They are also affordable, $30 and not $400 like your local dentist office may charge you if you want your teeth done professionally.
Good Luck!
whats been helping me is Rembrandt tooth paste and the Crest electric toothbrush (the one that only costs $20)
Overall I would say that most of my patient's have had some measure of success with the Crest Whitestrips, some more than others. The results are usually pretty quick, noticeable in the first few days, best in a week or longer. Our office uses Crest Supreme which are much stronger than what you can buy in a drugstore and don't cost that much more ($60.00 vs $30.00). You can purchase the drugstore version, but if you can do yourself the favor of using them right after you get your teeth cleaned as any staining and buildup (tartar or plaque) will impede their ability to work. Also, don't use fluoride toothpaste before putting the strips on (same reason). The strips are probably your best low price alternative, much less than in office whitening or custom trays (about $500.00). I am also hearing happy reviews with the Aquafresh whitening trays, unlike the strips they don't have the tendency to slip or move). All of the methods (strips, trays, custom trays, in office whitening) have the potential to make your teeth temporarily sensitive, but will not harm the enamel. If you get sensitive use the product every other day in conjunction with a sensitive tooth toothpaste. You might try to drink dark liquids through a straw and don't smoke. Most whitening toothpastes just remove stain on the surfaces of your teeth and therefore are not so effective. Whatever method you use it will not whiten your teeth for life, as you age your teeth will get darker and may need to be whitened again.
Good luck!

make bicarbonate of soda into a paste by mixing with water and use it as toothpaste once a week, trust me it works, also try swishing around salt and water followed by mouthwash
