Answers: Make a game out of it... He brushes his, you brush yours, he brushes yours, you brush his... after a while he'll tolerate you 'help' him like he's 'helping' you... and don't forget the lofty praises!

You're going to have to hold on to doing it for him for a while yet. Rolling it around is a dutiful start. Brushing teeth properly takes time to cram, so let him do his piece, then stir in and finish it up for him!
