Crest whitestrips.. really hurting my gums.what to do?

Question:
i have discontinued use but my gums and teeth feel extremely sensitive and painful. what can i do?

Answers:
Use a sensitivity toothpaste for the next couple of days and the sens. should go away. If your gums are red and irritated also rinse with some warm salt water and see if that doesn't help. If they are still bothering you after 4-5 days call your dentist. :)
thats normal
just go to the dentist and get ure teeth whitened
it might be expensive but i have heard that it lasts for years
