I have had a full set for a very long time they are now not fitting well. The teeth seem to small for my mouth and I am looking for replacements which will fill-out my mouth and lips look realistic...help !

u need to see the dentist and make your expectations clear to him/her.dentures are dead cheap in NHS.u can get both top and bottom ones for less than £200.
go to your dentist!
Best bet is to ask your dentist. Although I live in Gloucestershire (very close!) I don't have false teeth myself so I can't offer any more advice than to see your dentist and ask them about it.
