What is the safest and most effective mouthwash?

Question:
I want something that is safe, no alcohol or other harsh chemicals that will wear down my teeth.

Answers:
1 cup warm water with a few tea spoons of salt works well.
warm salt water. It may not be minty, but it kills bacteria.
Try brushing your teeth with salt, It will make your mouth feel fresher, don't forget to brush your tougue and swab the inside of your cheeks with your toothbrush too. Then rinse and swish and spit and then rinse again with fresh water.
lemon juice is another, so is apple juice. brush and rinse though. Your mouth will feel great.
One more, alittle vinegar in water. Dip your toothbrush in a glass of it, brush and rinse really good. You really don't want vinegar to sit too long on your teeth, but it sure cleans it!
Don't have a toothbrush, eat an apple and then drink some water to rinse the juice off your teeth. Try this stuff and let me know what you think, if you get a chance. Just for the hey of it, Putting toothpaste imbedded within the dental floss, was on of my ideas, but now Crest just recently put it on the market, and when I saw it I said 'There it is!" OH Well, I do my own by just smearing toothpaste on my own regular dental floss, after I'm done, it feels just like I walked out of a dentist office.
