my friend and i made some.. i took mine out.. after we took pics.. they taste nastty.. but my friend kept hers in... and it left some cuts in her jaw... just be careful. if you make them.. dont leave them in to long.. and dont mix saliva with it...dont swallow ur saliva when they are in.. k

Very, very bad for your body. They cause heavy metal poison and can impair health, some time even can destroy life. That is how bad they are.
