Is it as bad if you use crest white strips..?

only once or twice a month?

i know they get rid of your anemal (or however you spell it) if you use them too often, but i'm only using them once a month and it works just as well as if you would do it once a week... its not as bad for your teeth though right?

Crest strips are meant to be used daily only for a limited time. Once you finish a set, you should be set for a number of months. That way, your enamal is protected because you are not using it every day month after month. As long as you use one kit and wait an extended time, you should be okay.

You are correct. The less exposure to the bleaching chemical the less harm to the enamel of the teeth.
