How do you use Crest Whitestrips?

i lost the little instructional insert that comes in the box. im mostly wondering if i brush my teeth before i put them on or after i take them off?

Don't brush before. Put the strip on for 30 min. 2 times a day. Then brush. They make your teeth feel really clean. Be consistent. Do this everyday.

don't do it they really just wear away the enamel so the stained goes away but really they just damage more your teeth

try arm and hamer extra whitneing streng with liquid calcium

restores enamel luster
that is way better than white strips trust me that past works like a charm

i had bad stained teeth and white strips wen't so good on me that paste did the trick
