Crest White strips are AWESOME! I used them at i had amazing results.. The only thing you need is fully commit to using them just what the directions say. twice a day for 30 minutes.and they are easy to put on,and have on.. i tried not to talk cuz you kind of talk like BLAHHHH..hehe.. but i would highy recommend it.. my Teeth stayed white for a long time, i loved my results A LOT!! I tried them a YEAR AGO..and my teeth are still WHITE!!
Don't waste your money or your parents money. Go visite your DDS and have it done the right way. Crest strips do not work.
I can't speak for everyone, but I tried them and they didn't do crap for me. I don't even smoke or drink coffee. Others appear to have had success, but I am living proof that they are not guaranteed to work. All that said, they were simple enough to use, so it's probably worth giving them a try. Going to the DDS, as someone suggested, is very expensive. Easy for them to say!
I'm actually trying them out for the first time myself. I've been using them for about five days. I am seeing some improvement! But I drink a cup of coffee daily, so I may be damping the real potential.

A box of Crest WhiteStrips has enough for 14 days (14 strips for your top teeth, 14 strips for your bottom). It costs about $25 dollars. Each clear strip comes in its own sealed pouch and are roughly the same size and shape as a band-aid. Peel off the backing. One side has a clear gel, the other side is rough.

They're not hard to put on. The instructions that come with them are pretty thorough. It recommends that you brush your teeth first, apply the strips (one for top, one for bottom) for 30 minutes, and remove. It leaves some gel on your teeth and the instructions don't say whether to rinse it off or just leave it. I usually rinse.

If I remember correctly, the results of one (or two?) treatment should last for a year (but I'm not sure). You should see results after five days.
