Question:
what can you eat with spacers on that doesnt hurt your molars?i eat with my front teeth and sometimes just swallow my food whole what can i eat normally.help.....

Answers:
Eat soft foods, things that require little chewing will keep from causing more discomfort. Foods such as; eggs, soups, pasta, mac and cheese, smoothies, ice cream, oatmeal, ramen noodles, lasagna, stuffed baked potato's and yogurt are just a few that will work well. These are also foods that you will need to eat after your braces are placed so stock up and get used to them. It won't be forever but will help during the first few days after placement and when you have your appointments for adjustments. You can also take Advil or Motrin to help ease the discomfort, always ask your parents first before taking any medication. Good luck and congrats on the upcoming braces! You are going to love your new smile!
