Here's what i found out from some webpages::
>after cleaning your tongue, brushing and flossing, use 3% hydrogen peroxide(diluted with water- half and half) as a mouthwash. Swish it in mouth for 2-3 mins. Rinse mouth with water>scrape tongue.Avoid eating anything for atleast 15 minutes!
>if peroxide sounds too yucky to u, try baking soda.
I think listerine mouthwashes are a waste of money. The Alcohol content in most mouthwashes can make ur breath stinkk!
*********AVOID SWALLOWING PEROXIDE**********
It could be a number of things, but to eliminate some of them use Listerine mouthwash and a tongue scraper. Plus brush at least twice daily. If that doesn't work you may have to see a dentist. I could possible be a cavity or a couple other things.
not only that. but bad breath can be a result of cavitities, or rotting teeth. i reccomend you get your teeth checked by a dentist.
Don't just brush your teeth brush your togue too. Stick your togue out to see what color it is. If it is white or any other color besides pink then you need to brush it, when brushing your togue- go as far back as you can with out triggering your gag reflexes, brush your gums too. floss your teeth, if food is left in your teeth-it can also cause bad breath. you should do this twice a day, It may also be the type of toothpaste you are using. Don't buy cheap toothpaste. I use colgate whiting with baking soda and peroxide. Don't use pesodent or aim--your breath will kick up in less than 10 minutes after you brush. Don't put anything in your mouth for at least 30min after brushing, except water. And use listerine one daily after brushing. If you smoke this will cause bad breath. My boyfriend will brush his teeth and then smoke a black and mild cigar right afterwards and wonder why his breathe isn't fresh.
A few seeds of cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/
