Yes you most certainly can and here is the method of doing it,
Take one medium to large sized industrial type sand blaster, you know, the sort that they use to clean buildings down with, fit a small bore orifice onto the end of the delivery pipe, say about 4" across, insert into the anus as far as you can shove it and pull the trigger, hey presto, clean teeth, I hope this public information message has been of some use to you.
