My girlfriend say I hold outrageous breath?

Its not necessarily that my breath is naturally disastrous... I have apposite day-to-day oral hygene, though I do have around 10 cavities vanished untreated from soda and sugar and such that could be to blame.

However, my girlfriend seems to enjoy an unbelievable sense of smell... She can communicate what I ate in the morning after I've brushed my teeth hours ago! She other is saying I own terrible breath, and I'm wondering

what can I do to help out my breath, other than listerine, flossing, brushing, or gum?

gratefulness in mortgage.

Answers:    You may have periodontal disease. It's a disease of the gums that can inflict bad breath, inflammed and bleeding red gums...and it doesn't backing that you have cavity. Your teeth could be alot worse than what you can actually see. Go to the dentist and receive a cleaning, get your cavity fixed. Do you scrape your tongue next to a tongue scraper. Doing this will help instead of brushing your tongue. Also if you don't own regular bowel movements, that can also cause you to hold bad breath. Yeah, it's true. If your body is loaded next to toxins, your breath can be a clue of this.

And tell your girlfriend to stop person all up surrounded by your grill. If she's naming what you ate, then she's smelling too rugged.
Get your cavities fixed!
