3 keys to prevent cavities, and gum disease. Bad breath can come from many different things, cavities, gingivitis, stomach. stress. Start by visiting a dentist and and getting an evalutation of your mouth. Then work from there.
Do your gums bleed? Do you have sinusitis? When you brush, do you also brush your tongue and gums? All these things can lead to bad breath. Are there any cavities in there? I would suggest a dental visit, just for a check up, maybe a professional cleaning, they feel great and the hygienist can tell you why your breath is bad.
are your gums red? bleeding? if not you dont have gingivitis, your gums should be nice and pink
could be what you eat, could be what you drink, or dont... if you dont stay hydrated, your breath is gonna smell to high heaven, drinking water helps keep your breath smelling fresher, and helps wash away some bacteria although not even close to all
Sometimes it is not the teeth at all causing the bad breath. Do you have sinus troubles? Sometimes sour stomach can cause bad breath too. Are you feeling alright?
smoking tears up your throat and makes your throat and tounge stink. Get a tounge scraper and some good mouthwash. A travel size mouthrinse too. for on the go fresh, ahhh. Gingivitis makes your gums bleed and wear away quickly. As long as you brush and floss throughly every day and night, there should be nothing wrong. See the dentist if its concerning ya.
You might have tooth decay. even though it's not painful
