Does any one make Homemade mouthwash?
Question:
I thought it would have Peroxide or Alcohol in it.
I dont need a copy and paste instruction, but a guide for someone who actually uses it. Thanks for your help.

I mix a standard antibacterial mouthwash with equal parts hydrogen peroxide. I don't mix it until I'm ready to use it though. It is very effective, not only for freshening breath, but also whitening teeth AND I have noticed I have less colds, sore throats, and sinus problems. My theory, is that using this every day is keeping down the bacteria count in my mouth and throat.
