I like Listerine Tooth Defense...it's in a clear bottle w/ purple color inside. You can get it at just about any drugstore and it will strengthen your enamel and protect your teeth.
In the USA you can buy them at pretty much any drug store or in the toothpaste aisle at the grocery.
