Cosmetic Contouring??


Question:
Has anyone has cosmetic contouring for filing down slightly pointed teeth. How effective is treatment?

Answers:
Depending on how much contouring is needed it can be very effective. Small amounts are not a problem, if it is large amounts of contouring teeth may become sensitive to hot and cold, but in your case sounds like it is minimal and should be just fine.

Its effective- but you have to be careful. Lots of adjusting to natural teeth can cause premature microfractures (usually caused by aging) So make sure they dont' go drill crazy!
