depending on their ages its not safe for kids to use a adult toothpaste until they are older because of the high fluoride content and because they might swallow to much of it plus sometimes the mint flavor is to much for little ones and it burns their mouth. try a toothpaste made for children like Crest or Colgate both make ones for kids that aren't to expensive
kWhitening toothpaste is more abrasive than regular toothpaste (so it grinds away at the enamel more) Not an everyday thing to use.
