Can anyone tell me what braces feel like?

you dont really feel them on your teeth. At least I did not when I had them. You do feel a slight pressure from them and the wire against your teeth. I had them for four years to straighten my teeth as a teenager. The first time I got them my mouth hurt and occassionally when I had to go in and get them adjusted, my teeth hurt for a little bit.
he,he.i had braces when i was young,and had to ware a head brace on a night.the one i had made my mouth feel full. i had excess slavia too.i soon got used to it though.it also feels tight.
You will get used to them quickly and you won't notice them. You may feel a sensation of "tightness" for a few hours when they are adjusted. Plan on spending extra time cleaning your teeth after meals.
Lets see.... You slober all over the place, and look like a monkey with your mouth shut. But, you forget they are there after a while.

but you can feel them on the inside of your lip
where the brackets push up against so it might
feel like your lips are puffing out or puckered up.

and a few days after wards you even forget they're there.

In the first 3 days or so you will feel pain in your mouth. The pain is like as if someone was pulling ur teeth's one by one. After the three days you will extra saliva, but you will get youse to it. After a week , you will have no more problems, but every time you'll go back to the orthodontist you will have the same pain as in the first three days. But other than that your mouth will feel normal. When you touch the braces with your tongue it feel a little rough but after that the pain and suffering in all worth it when you takes them off and have the beautiful you've always dream'nt of..
