Can I have regular air popped popcorn with braces?

yes i do all the time just don't eat the curnals
sure it did make sure to bush your teeth well though
yeah i eat it all the time and dont eat the kernals or they might pop something off...

you not supposed to because it can easily get stuck in your braces and make your gums irritated and it can bend your wire or pop a bracket...with that said, I ate popcorn all the time with braces and was lucky enough not to have any problems..beware the kernals!
