I got back from the dentist how do i get rid of the numbness in my face/tounge?? it really sucks, help!

you just have to wait it out...when i got my mouth numbed(for 3 extractions) the dentist said it would wear off in about 2 hours but it actually took like 6! i was so friggin mad
You just gotta ride it out, it goes away in, if i remember right, about 2-3 hours.
