How much does it cost to have your teeth whitened in a dentist's office?

And what are some good ways to make your teeth whiter??
(And I can't use Crest White Strips because I have a retainer I wear all day.)

first, you can put some whitening paste on your teeth and and wait for at least 5 min. It's cheap and affective.You dont even have to have whitening toothpaste. Just regular toothpaste.
