Having or not having insurance makes no difference in the cost of the dentures. Having insurance just means you paid some in advance and are actually paying more because the insurance company has to make a profit also.
Mini implants can mean so many different things that you can't get an estimate. I know of some inexpensive types which aren't used much, but most are expensive. Not much help I know.
