I really want to have healthy looking gums. My teeth are ok but my gums are kinda pale. Any suggestions?

each foods rich in vitamin C coz this is responsible for healthy gum. Lack of this vitamin can coz bleeding of gum, loose teethe due to weak gum, very red sore gums, etc
food rich in vitamin c includes citrus food or drinks like orange, lemon, lime grapefruit
also chew raw carrots to toughen ur gums.
do flossing b4 going to bed.
brush ur teeth correctly and with a good tooth brush to avoid loosening ur gums.
floss..and when you brush make sure you gentlr massage the gums with a toothbrush...with keep good blood flow...but some people do have paler looking gums becasue of there skin tone.
your gums are supposed to be pale pink. If they are dark pink or red, then they are not healthy.
To have healthy gums, brush and floss them often (not just your teeth) and rinse with fluoride rinses like Listerine or Act.
