Extreme gum affliction due to vitamin c less?


for awhile i had extreme gum throbbing. it turns out i was vitamin c inadequate (my brushing/flossing is very good). so i started to chomp through oranges and take vitamin c supplements. the stomach-ache went away completely inwardly a week. but recently it started up again as i begin to eat apples. is it too hasty to eat such intricate foods? does any other vitamin deficiency raison d`¨ētre gum pain? what could be the problem very soon?
