You can put it back in but it wont stay.
when a teeth is knocked loose. soak it in milk and rush to your dentist .. or you can rinse it with water (don't scrub!) and keep it inside your mouth (teeth should stay wet) and go to the dentist.. chances are good if re-plantation is done 30 minutes after the incident
