Mouth wash before, or after, or both?

Question:
Is it better to use mouth wash before and after brushing, or is it better to only use it before, or to better only to use it after? I've heard using mouth wash before loosens up plaque, but I've also heard many tooth pastes are made not to be rinsed off. So does that mean I shouldn't use mouth wash after brushing?

Answers:
It depends what are you using mouthwash for.If you are prone to getting a lot of plaque and use a plaque loosening mouth wash, then it's better to use it before brushing. If you use a fluoride mout wash, which prevents getting cavities, that should be used after brushing.Personally i use bacteria killing mout wash. And i use it after brushing,so it will kill any bacteria that i might have left behind.
i alwayz use it after brushing, and i stay with the ment smell all day
I'd vote for using it after brushing. Making it a habit is probably more important than when you do it.
I would say after. Because first I floss, then I brush, rinse and then mouthwash.
Read the back of the mouth wash it will tell you but most are for afterward!

I hope this helps!
