when the swelling goes down you should be okay...but watch out- a lot of people have pretty nasty breath for a week or two after getting their wisdom teeth out. make sure you have a decent sized supply of mouthwash.
Right away...although there will be the hint of dried blood in your breath even after gargling with mouth wash...the cuts should heal in 5 to 7 days. Gargle with warm salt water will ensure quicker healing. Be careful!
