I have somthig swole on my lower jaw what is it?

Question:

on my lower jaw where my teeth end and i guess meet up with the rest of my mouth, it strated swelling up yesterday and now today it just hurts on that little part but it doesnt hurt on my right side and itside my mouth not outside, what do I have?

Answers:
It's possible that your wisdom tooth is trying to erupt...if you are an adult, that's my guess...if you're around 12, it's your second molar.

Have it checked out by your dentist to be sure.

It maybe a mouth sore or abscess. Hard to tell without seeing it. If it continues to worsen call your dentist.

could be a cycst or a calcium deposit

im guessing an abcess it hurts like a *****! Visit your dentist and get on antibiotics asap and save yourself the pain!

I suggest u go see a dentist..if the pain doesnt go away within a few days. go to your family doctor.can be sinuses, or a neuralgia problem or just a strain..but it is always best to have it checked out by a professional.if not satisfied with those answers...ask to be recommended to ENT or Neurologist, MD's
