...pretty easy...
brush everyday.at least ttwice a day...
use firm toothbrushes not the soft kind...that doesn't help with anything...
just brush your teeth everyday... okay.bye...gud luck.
peroxide or natural white
i recently went to the dollar store and bought a teeth whitening kit and i have to say it works really well. so if you have a buck to spare see if your dollar store has one, it did not desensitize my teeth either like alot do.
white strips.not exspensive at all
Actually i found some bleaching do-it-yourself kits on ebay a while back, so it's worth having a look. They're not too expensive, either.
crest white strip sdoes whiten, but my teeth are highly sensitive and therefore my teeth ached everyday even after i finished using them. I dont recomend them if you have sensitive teeth!
honestly, crest white strips are amazing!! WOW omg very amazing, however they make your teeth kinda sensitive so be careful..

for a natural whitener, try baking soda and peroxide mix.. make a little paste out of it and it helps gently and gradually remove stains... they use hydrogen peroxide to professionally whiten teeth

DO NOT USE A FIRM TOOTHBRUSH...

they cause your gum line to recede and ultimately cause sensitivity
crest white strips.and vivid white toothpaste...
they actually do work but they make your teeth sensitive.for a few days..
they have a horrible paste to them but if you can tolerate it then you will have whiter teeth.
Gargle with a mixture (half and half) of hydrogen peroxide and water, and then brush with baking soda (you can make a paste by mixing a little water into it), you'll see a difference right away (and it's much cheaper than the whitening strips!)
You can mix hydrogen peroxide with the baking soda, yeah it'll taste really nasty and don't swallow any of it, but it is ok to use it in your mouth and then spit it out. What do you think is the main ingredient in those other products?
i bought a whitening kit from bj's wholesale (just like Costco)

and i comes with 7 tops and 7 bottoms,
it recommends that you leave it on for 1 half hour a night and for 7 days

well i left them on for all night and it took me 2 days to initially get them where i wanted. then a year later i did another night and that was all it took to get back whiter again.

i don't know that side effects of this but i have had none so far. except for whiter teeth.

people will notice in one day.
crest white strips worked really well for me, and I drink a lot of coffee. So if it worked for me it can work for you, and they cost about $18. Small price to pay for white teeth
I've tried the Crest Whitening Strips and the Aquafresh Trays. The Crest Strips seems to work better and were less cumbersome.

It may be a good idea to buy a sensitive toothpaste first though and use it for about a week before you start either of these. I didn't think I had sensitive teeth, but when using these whiteners I would get sharp pains in my teeth and the sensitive toothpaste seemed to help.

Good Luck!
really? does baking soda work? gotta try it
