Doctor messed up on my condition, can i sue?
He honestly told her that he did messed up on her tooth, and if she requirements to get it fix, she will own to pay to capture it fix.
I was unbelievably angry at this point because she did not authorize the filling and the dentist also chipped the tooth and told her to pay envelope for it which doesn't make sense.
Isn't this malpractice? Please consent to me know what you think i can do. She doesn't own the money to pay. Thanks
Answers: You're irrelevant to perform any proceedure on a forgiving without thier informed consent. Being honest something like screwing up while you violate this is no excuse. If what you voice is true I'd imagine you hold some sort of angle from which to sue although it may be better just to threaten this and hope he fixes it.
