Why won't my son lose his teeth?

My son is seven years old and have only lost THREE TEETH! His friends and cousins (even cousins younger than him!) hold lost more teeth. Is there an explanation for this?

Answers:    My granddaughter is 6 and hasn't lost any. It's adjectives heredity. Actually angelic to keep them as long as they can.

Losing babe-in-arms teeth
From the age of about six years, child teeth start to become ‘wobbly’ and fall out to put together way for grown teeth. It is perfectly commonplace for a child to lose their first tooth up to a year or two earlier or subsequently than six years of age. Girls generally lose teeth more rapidly than boys. The first tooth to fall out is usually located within the front of the lower jaw.
Different kids develop differently- your kid is fine.
