I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND you to use it or to have used it!
yea, that happened to me, i stopped using em for about 2 weeks, then started em again, only use em once a day unstead of two. it might cause a little sensitivity but then ull get used to them. any more questions? consult your orthodonist or dentist. hope that helps =)
No, DO NOT USE THEM AGAIN
I read that the white spots are okay, and will go away, but if you are experiencing pain, then to cut down teh use to once every two days.
I'm not sure how often you were using them. I was using crest whitestrips twice a day, just the normal ones. And i started getting achey pains and sensitivity. I believe it is normal to have some pains for some people when using the strips. However, white spots sounds really odd. I would suggest using them less often though. Like over a longer period of time. You might want to think about calling a local dentist office, they can answer questions like that over the phone.
Could be a allergic reaction. Best thing is not use them. For white teeth, everyday use a small amount of baking soda on tooth brush and brush your teeth, rinse well, then use your regular toothpaste. Baking soda has been known for years to clean stained teeth, have to use it every day for better effect. My Grandmother is sixty seven years old. She has all but two of her wisdom teeth, that lady has used this since I was very small, taught me use it too. It has worked real good for us both.
ya it might happen to ome people. but i suggest maybe you should stop ussing them or maybe go to the doctor, you might have weak gums like it could be gintivitis or something and you need to use listerine mouthwash to get rid of gintivitis
1st of all are your strips outdated? I think your gum just got burned from the peroxide that is on the strips. That will happen if you have peroxide(in office bleaching, at home bleaching or just rinsing with over the counter hydrogen peroxide) on your gum tissue for a period of time(your gum will get burn faster if they are cut). Don't worry the gum tissue will get better after you stop or remove the strips. Use the strips if your strips are not outdated and if you can handle the sensitivity or discomfort. But read the instruction again make sure you are doing in right :D
If the solution gets on your gums and it stays on there for a long time then it will burn your gums. It will also make your teeth sensitive to cold. You should use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth for about 2 weeks before you start to use the product and continue to use the toothpaste while you are using it. That will help out with your teeth being too sensitive. As for your gums you need to be very careful to not have the strip stay on your gums. You really should go to your dentist and have them make you bleaching trays. You will see a quicker and better result.
It is not common for people to use whitestrips and develop this condition. Whitestrips do have something on them that makes you more prone to bleeding, but redness is regular occurance. After a few months of using the white strips, my friend's teeth became so pretty and the bleeding stopped at the 4th month. TO this day she's still using new whitestrips every 2 weeks. (it's been a year)
Should u use the whitestrips again? Yes, but only after your wounds heal. You should see a fellow dentist for this so that he can get some money off you and tell you the same thing.
