So everytime i brush my teeth?
evertime i brush my teeth it hurts and and they start bleed and i brush them morning and night and there still not white and my sister only brushes her teeth once and there white any ways to ease the pain and/or get my teeth white without whitining strips?

bleeding gums accompanied by pain is a sign of Periodontal disease. Shockingly about 70% of americans have it and dont even know. Its really common. Perio disease is an infection of the gums caused by bacteria that has gotten up under the tissue. Your gums may look red and puffy, be tender, and bleed when you floss or brush. See a dentist to have them cleaned. The pain really is not going to get better until you take action and get that bacteria removed. Make sure you floss, it may be uncomfortable at first, but it will help in the long run. Also, do your best to brush after every meal. If you absolutely cant brush try and at lease rinse your mouth with water. The soreness you are feeling in your gums is because there is bacteria under the tissue where you cannot see. If left untreated, it will get worst and can result in the loss of your teeth. As far as whitening, try a whitening tooth paste. Arm and hammer works fairly well. Just dont expect a dramatic change - you cannot achieve dramatic whiteness from anything other than whitening strips or professional whitening. Also use listerine to help kill some of the bacteria in your mouth.
