also do i need to wear my rubberbands for braces because they hurt pretty bad and ive been wearing them all day and need a break is that okay or will my teeth move back??
and why does my jaw hurt around where i got the filling?
its a dull pain but is sharp when i open my mouth

Yes you have to wear the rubber bands the reason why you are wearing it is to treat the overbite. I am not understanding the filling did you just had a cavity? I think that the wire could be poking you inside have the orthodontist cut that wire off and use like of wax to lubricate the sharp edges so they wont hurt your mouth and also use chap stick so your braces wont get stuck on your lip. Normally if its the wire that is poking you they just need to cut it out and the pain is gone. But I think that the rubberbands are causing the pain in your jaw because it could also be the tmj problem.
