ummm usually swolen gums are abseses that are made by getting food stuck in your mouth and not getting it out i would go to your dentist because if it gets too bad they might have to pull teeth so get it fixed soon and if you get tooth aches bcuz of it use oragel it works
mix salt and water and swish it in your mouth (dont swallow it)
go to a dentist and ask him
