Gumex, or Special Gum liniment from Fr. Muller's Homoeopathic Dept, Kankanady. Rub your gums 3/4 times a day or after every meal with any of these products. Also keep your bowls clean by taking 'Ayurvel' an ayurvedic powder internally at least once a week.

your gums swell up only because u hav an underlying cause...
because of poor oral hygiene plaque and calculus tends to accumalte over your teeth... this persistant irritation will cause tissue destruction... plaque and calculus have high amounts of bacteria that produces toxins.. this will cause inflammatory reactions... and because of tat reaction u hav swollen gums... it can be a milder form called gingivitis and wen left untreated can progress to periodontitis... eventually ur teeth will loosen from its socket and will fall off with destruction to ur jaw bones... wat i wud suggest u is to visit ur local dentist as early as possible and get ur teeth cleaned by a process called scaling... before the treatment the doc wil prescribe some antibiotics to control any spread of infections.. further the doctor wil guide u for proper brushing techniques and wil teach u how to keep ur oral cavity free of germs thus to keep ur gums healthy...
