How do people take off braces?
Question:
Answers:
They use a chemical that dissolves the glue that holds on the brackets (in my case, anyway). The worst part about it is having to sit there for 2 hours with your mouth wide open. After they're taken off, it actually feels nice, like a bunch of pressure has been released off your teeth and your mouth feels empty! Your gums will be a little bigger and softer than usual for a week after, though, so don't eat anything that could potentially cut your gums!
people take them off the same way they get them on.. at the orthodontists office. after the expense of braces i wouldn't risk ruining my teeth by trying to remove them myself. you could break a tooth.
It doesn't hurt that bad.if I can do it, anyone can.
no braces do not hurt getting off it will feel weird though with out the brackets there. all they do is basically cut the brackets off then they use this polsiher thingy to bring the enamel back on your teeth
Nah, this is how it worked for me..
1. They Removed the Rubber Bands
2. They removed the Wire
3 They Crushed the actual mounts on your teeth... They just broke them off.. it didnt hurt it all it just felt weirdr
4. they took the rear mounts out that surround back teeth.. this might be uncomfortable but it wont hurt.
overall youll have a pleasant experience.. youll have to learn to eat again though hahaha
