How do i fix a fractured filling in the tooth?

Question:
my filling chirped off. i got hit in the face. i know i should go to a dentist but it's pricey. is there any other option?

Answers:
Unfortunately there isn't. You have to get it properly done by ur Dentist.
Sorry, if you do not get it fixed properly it will cost you more to have a Root Canal later, because then the root is dying. Get the filling fixed is your cheapest recommendation.
Walmart (ordrug stores) sell the same "temporary filling" that dentists use. Look for it by tooth stuff like orajel. It will be a little kit that has the filler & the applicator.

My dentist told me I could use this when I had to wait over a month to go for my appt.

I found I had to reapply it a few times cuz it was in a bad spot, but hey - it was worth it.

You will HAVE to get it really fixed as soon as you can though.
The thing about sealing it up is that junk has got in there and the best way to cause a problem with bacterial growth is to seal them in. So super glue is defiantly out.
