Yesterday night, I ate some milk and cereal, then forgot to brush my teeth because I was so damn tired.?

And yes I do have braces! This morning I woke up and my back tooth kinda hurts, will I be ok or did I get a cavity?

I get my braces tightened near thicker wires and band, and I consistency close to I may hold a cavity.?
