Crest strips?

Question:
I have them on now for the first time.. i am salavating a little, i can kind of taste them too, is it safe to swallow with them on my teeth still? I just dont want to swallow any dodgy chemicals! Will i notice them whiter after first try?

Answers:
A small amount should not be harmful but it is best to just relax (no talking, eating with the strips on just in case). Do not brush your teeth before putting the strips on (the residual toothpaste will reduce their effectiveness), but do brush or rinse right after you take them off. You should notice results pretty quickly, generally within the first few days. Hope that helps!

Yes, you should notice a difference. Especially after a couple weeks. My boyfriend used them and his teeth are pearly white when before they were a little stained from smoking. If I were you, I would not swallow, I'm sure it won't hurt you too badly, but I have a bit of a sensitive stomach for chemicals like that and it would probably bother it a little. I wouldn't take the chance. Spit when you need to, like when it's too much. You could try swallowing, just be careful its not too much. You'll have very pretty teeth soon! They're a little sensitive after wards you'll notice. Good luck!
Hee Hee! This made me laugh, I'm just trying mine out for the first time too and trying to pass time on this site!

I know what you mean about salaving I'm trying not to swallow it. I have just finished my top teeth and that wasn't so bad, but I'm finding doing my bottom teeth is making me saliva much more.

I think I can notice a very small improvement on them but nobody will notice I don't think. I understand it will take about 3 days before we notice a big difference (if we use them twice daily).

Good Luck!! Hee Hee
