If you need some type of quick relief try Anbesol or other over the counter pain reliever. Also if not allergic to tylenol or aspirin, aspirin better take that. If you don't have money see if your area has a clinic that takes care of dental work based on your ability to pay. You could have infection and it can go systemic that could mean death. If it is just tooth sensitivity buy the sensitive type toothpaste. Hope this helps
