My partner has really bad breath?
Question:
Answers:
For me, I gargle with Listerine at night and in the morning to kill off the bacteria. He could also use Listerine during the day and brush his teeth after lunch.
Breath mints and chewing gum might help also.
Hope this helps!
It's what he's eating. He needs to better his diet and drink lots of water.
tell him to brush his tongue.
Ok, probably not the problem, but it will help.
Shove a handful of Eclipse Mints into his mouth. That stuff's powerful!
Has he ever got a sore throat> This can lead to bad breath...he needs to go back to the dentist and to the docs too!
gum, mints, candy
chewing parsley really helps, and avoiding pungent foods.
ur partner has a tooth decay some where...
prabaly a breath mint or that mint spray. or both besides that i got nothin' sorry
Medication for Halitosis.
Tic-Tacs.
If that doesn't work then buy an over-sived novelty clothes peg and put it on your nose.
it might not have anything to do with his teeth it could be something to do with his digestion. maybe a doctor can help.
could be halatosis or however they spell it.
breath mints? maybe he should go to the doctor and have that checked out.
also, sugar makes your breath stink.
It might be his diet, try looking at what he's eating.
Not just smelly food bu also an imbalance in your diet can give you bad breath. (the atkin's diet is supposed to make your breth pong!)
When my husband had a benign tumor growing in hit duodenum the first symptom he had was bad breath which got better after the tumor was removed.
a seperate bed
sugar free gum. the sugars in the gum start to have chem reactions in the mouth and make it smell.
He might have halitosis.

Maybe he ate some foods that make the odor you smell.
When you are shopping with him at a drug store like CVS or Walgreens, suggest to buy a new mouth wash or toothpaste.
Also, pick up some mints on the way to the cashier.
Gum makes you smell worse than mints.
Mints are much better.
chewing gum really helps it keeps the mouth fresh for a while
Take a look at his diet. Some foods, such as garlic, can make it worse. Also, infections like colds or other things can cause it. Have him rince with 2 caps hydrogen peroxide and 2 caps water (or mouthwash if he prefers) mixed every night or morning when he brushes his teeth. You should notice a difference.
get the right toothpaste. toms is really bad, and doesn't work. crest is okay but get like crest breath buster. that works well. if that doesn't work load up on Listerine.
this mite be puffy gums disease which is close to getting ginivitis, ask him when he brushes, if his gums bleed, and ask him is he gets a yucky taste in his mouth when he wakes up
Poor diet can cause halitosis..Maybe try a good detox
If he has already seen the dentist it may be time for him to go see the doctor.
Does he floss and scrape his tongue? We had that problem too and between flossing and tongue scraping with a scraper made for that, and mouthwash, things improved a lot. Now I will kiss him again. Oh yeah, he can't eat garlic!
He should brush, FLOSS ( to remove plaque and food particals), and brush his tongue. Bacteria is what causes the foul odour. Also he MIGHT have an abscess or infected tooth , that food gets stuck in, and that food just basically rots and gets smelly.
He should try this, and if it continues a dental check up is in order.
LOL and I agree with the above TRY DENTYNE BLUE ICE! If that doesn't kick that smell in the butt, nothing will.
Have a great one and best wishes! =)
Does he floss his teeth once a day, every day? Ever since I've been flossing regularly, my breath has been a lot better. If you don't floss, you have all that gunk and bacteria just sitting there between your teeth.
Bad breath can also be a sign of sinus problems too. If nothing helps, maybe he needs to see a doctor in case something medical is causing this.
not really sure but - try offering him some mint gum sometime?..minty fresh=)...well it works for me so yeah(Y)
it could be what he/she is eating, but also could be a side affect of a medication.
I'd try scrubbing the tongue and upper roof of the mouth when brushing. should brush three times a day and you can help by also examining what he/she is eating. then if its not caused by food, then go to the doctor.
