haah well that sucks, noone laughed at me when i had them... atleast i dont think haha... thats because pretty much everyone in my grade got them, and at about the same time too haha.. best of luck..
I don't know but it is really mean. The thing is most people get them...so why are they laughing they probably had them or are getting them. Sorry this is happening to you...
because they feel sorry for you, but feel the need to laugh. at least your teeth will look really pretty afterwards =] ♥
Because you look different and they are bored. I do it to my friends when they get braces. Or maybe you have something in ther. Happens to me all the time. And if you got red, pink orange or yellow, sometimes it looks funny from ferther away, like It just all bleds in.

I actually think it's because they're kind of jealous. It's a change for them in what you look like and they might think it's funny. Also, other kids are natorious for making fun of other kids because of braces. So I think they're just trying to stay cool with their status quo. Just think, when you're all finished you'll have beautiful sparkling teeth!!
