Really inflamed gums!! help!?

Question:

Answers:
you need to see the dentist immediately, you may have gingivitis, which they need to treat.
Try mouthwash.
Have u heard of a person called as a "doctor"or a "dentist"..try him
Try all these things at once and see if these help:

1. floss after breakfast and before bed--up and down, don't saw back and forth into gums, the package will tell you how (you may be able to drop back to once a day before bed eventually)

2. brush with a toothbrush labeled "soft", get a new brush every 2 to 3 months

3. brush with half baking soda and half plain salt--not iodized--store this mixture in a container so that it is always ready

4. swish mouth out with 2 teaspoons water and 2 teaspoons regular drugstore variety hydrogen peroxide, then spit it out and let the remainder fizz in your mouth for about a minute

5. rinse mouth thoroughly

6. eat nutritious foods--read up on those in The World's Healthiest Foods by George Mateljan

After your gums feel majorly better, make an appointment with your dentist and get your teeth cleaned!

Good Luck and God's Blessings!
