How much does filling or treating a cavity cost?
Question:
Answers:
i just got it filled and mine was like 125 dollars or something close to that.
my mom is a dentist, and i worked in a dental office for some time. if your tooth only needs a filling, then its between 20 and 40 dollars with/without insurance. but it might be more than just a cavity. if it hurts when you eat things that are very cold r very hot, then you might need a root canal, and those are costly... but you should be to the dentist 2x a year, and he\she will tell you whats wrng at your next cleaning. Or you can call them, and theyll give you an appointment sooner. Good Luck!
It usually depends. I had two small cavities(SMALL!) and they cost me about $500 each!
It depends on what your insurance plan is and if it covers basic dental, which would include fillings. You may want to check with your dental plan to be sure (or your parents if you're a minor and a part of their plan).
i dont know where you all come from.. but in my office a filling can range from 110-300 depending on how big the cavity is. If the cavity is huge.. you might even need a crown which can be anywhere from 800-1000 dollars.
In our office fillings start @ $128.00 & go up to $224...this is in sw missouri =)
